10 Week Online Course Follow Along

The FP 10-Week Online Course Follow-Along goes through all 10 weeks of the 10 week online program. This program teaches you how to move correctly without chronic pain or injury. The step-by-step program works to address movement pattern dysfunctions and restore connectivity in the body. You should expect to see chronic pain reductions and posture improvements over the course of the 8 weeks. 

CLASS INFORMATION

Each participant will begin with an OPTIONAL individual 90-minute consultation with Louis Ellery, a movement and biomechanics specialist with a background in Physiotherapy. This session includes a detailed gait/movement analysis, posture assessment, and a review of your current movement habits, diet, and lifestyle. You’ll also have the opportunity to experience Louis’s training approach 1-on-1, setting a strong foundation for the follow-along group class.

Participants are required to purchase the FP 10-Week Online Course (USD $197.49, approx. AUD $300) prior to the first group session. The course provides a framework for the corrective exercises and concepts covered in class. Having a 1-1 90 Minute Consultation is recommended but optional for this course.

Course Overview
This 8-week follow-along course condenses the myofascial release segment and provides these exercises as homework, allowing us to focus primarily on the corrective exercises that drive results. 

Each weekly session is 60 minutes, designed to build upon the previous week’s exercises, targeting improved stability, balance, and movement quality.

Weekly Format
Each week, you’ll work directly with Louis in a small, 6-person group setting, ensuring ample personal attention and hands-on guidance. Louis will closely monitor your form, alignment, and engagement, providing feedback to help each participant master the exercises. Adjustments will be tailored to your individual gait and posture, creating a customised experience within the group environment.

Chronic Pain & Posture Correction Class: 

This 4-week class aims to improve posture and alleviate chronic pain through targeted exercises. This very tight-knit class works through the primary movement patterns and ensures that each attendee gets ample personalised queuing, supervision and attention. 

CLASS INFORMATION

You will begin with an individual 90 minute consultation with Louis Ellery, a movement and biomechanics specialist with a background in Physiotherapy. You will have an in-depth gait analysis, posture analysis, diet/lifestyle analysis and current movement routine analysis. You will also have a chance to experience the training method 1-1 to ensure you’re ready to enter a 4-person group session. 

The class will include 60 minutes of in-person Functional Patterns training and some myofascial release. Louis will divide his attention equally among the 4 participants, ensuring that everyone is doing the exercises correctly. He will consistently take into account each participant's gait and postural analysis from the assessment. 

Each week will elaborate on the main movement patterns, gradually building connection, stability, balance and coordination.

Louis is an Advanced Human Biomechanics Specialist (HBS LVL 4) and the Owner of FP Brisbane. Louis has a kind and professional demeanour and is a highly skilled practitioner. He has constantly showcased his ability to transform people's movement and lifestyle. Louis comes from a background in Physiotherapy, before moving to a more movement-based and holistic approach.

AFTER THE CLASS IS OVER:
